Here is a look at some of the morning shows on Astro:
Sarapan Di Mana (Astro Prima, Channel 105, Saturday, 9.30am)
Content: This programme takes viewers to villages around Malaysia to discover local breakfast dishes while learning traditional tips for a healthy living.
Structure: Half-hour show. It comprises four segments: Cerita Apa?, Hal Apa?, OK, ke? and Nak Tahu? Cerita Apa? is a personality driven segment featuring extraordinary and outstanding Malaysians; Hal Apa? highlights relevant issues on the elder generation; OK ke? focuses on health and Nak Tahu? shares traditional tips.

WW (Astro Awani, Channel 510, weekdays, 11.30am)
Content: A live Bahasa Malaysia daytime chat show which explores topics of interest to women.
Structure: Half-hour show. It is divided into segments like Health & Illness, Diet & Exercise, Empowerment, Business & Finance, Lifestyle & Leisure; Babies and Family and Marriage & Divorce.
Host: Dangsuria Zainurdin and Linawati Adnan.
Vizhuthugal (Astro Vaanavil, Channel 201, weekdays, 9am)
Content: Astro Vaanavil’s in-house programme discusses current issues of interest to the Indian community and highlights news updates.
Structure: One-hour show. The programme has segments such as Health, Astrology, Food for Thought and Current Issues.
Host: Khanna Simmathiri, Sushmeetha Morugan, Jayasutha Sriranggan and Sothirajan Paranjothi
Vanakkam Tamizhagam (Sun TV, Channel 211. weekdays, 7.30am)
Content: This programmes keeps viewers informed on the latest happenings in South India.
Strucutre: One-hour show. Segments include Udalnilai Urithisai (health tips), Pirantha Naal Vazthukal (birthday greetings), Unavum Arokiamum (food and health), Ariviyal Villayattu (science), Azhagu Kurippu (beauty tips), Namma Oru Vinyanni (history) and Maruthuvum Ungalukake (medical tips).
