HACIENDA Music alongside Super Stellar Sound Recordings launches a new season of live shows entitled One Night Stand.
The inaugural show rolls out at KL JamAsia in Desa Sri Hartamas in Kuala Lumpur this Saturday. The idea is to give bands proper time on stage to present full sets.
The line-up this Saturday includes Seven Collar T-Shirt, expected to road test its newer songs in a 60-minute set. Also getting their one-hour fix is the hottest band in town – Bittersweet, recently playing the set of their lives and in return impressing the crowd at the Soundscapes fifth anniversary party at KLPac.
Indie pop darlings Lucy In The Loo also feature with an hour-long set. Just two months into promoting the newly-released Sugar High EP, Lucy in the Loo will be playing a bulk load of material and then some for adoring fans. Show openers include Radioflyer, hailing from Klang. Giving out laid-back British rock vibes ala The Music and Oasis, this is a band to watch out for in the future. April, a five-piece band from Cyberjaya, completes the line-up.
Tickets for the Saturday show cost RM15 (inclusive of one drink). Doors open at 7.15pm and the first scheduled act would begin promptly at 7.30pm.
