Fusion of music and dance
Insideout which showcases an exciting blend of classical and contemporary, the east and the west, in both music and dance will be staged at MTC, Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, tomorrow.
Imagine the magic that can be created by putting the sitar, tabla, guitar and piano together.
What's more, you get a real treat with classical Indian dance sequences set to African and jazz rhythms.
The cast comprises eight dancers and five musicians, including Jamie Wilson, Judimar Hernandez, Azizie Sulaiman, Syarizan Sahamat, Vijay Nair, Nadina Krishnan, Srividya Nagendram and Dhanya Thurairaja. The group will present InsideOut to audiences in Singapore, Sri Lanka and Australia as well.
